Winery to Watch: Zorzal- This new Canadian-backed winery sits high against the Andes backdrop in Uco Valley’s Tupungato. A sampling of the early vintages make it clear that winemaker and co-owner Juan Mitchelini is doing a fantastic job. The Reservas steal the show but you won’t see them here for a while although if you are lucky you may find some of the baseline Zorzal wines.
